The ritual prayer Salat of 4 rak'at that is traditionally
recommended during the 1st Ten Days Dhul-Hijjah

Ibadah-Worship to do on the blessed 1st Ten Days of Dhul-Hijjah

If someone enlivens any night of the Ten Nights of Dhul-Hijjah by keeping vigil, it will be as if he had performed the same worshipful service-ibadah, for sake of Allah, as someone who not only performs the Pilgrimage-Hajj, but also performs the Visitation-‘Umra throughout the entire year .

If someone devotes one day to fasting, during 1st Ten Days Dhul-Hijjah , it will be as if he had devoted the whole of the year to the worshipful service of Allah (Exalted is He).

When the Ten -Days and Nights of Dhul-Hijjah come around, you must devote yourselves strenuously to worshipful obedience for they are days upon which Allah (Exalted is He) has bestowed His special favour, and He has made the sanctity of their night-time equivalent to the sanctity of their daytime.

Fasting any of the 1st ten Days of Dhul-Hijjah each day is equivalent to fasting one year and to offer Salatul Tahajjud (late-night prayer ) during one of its nights is like performing the late night prayer on the night of power Layatul Qadr)"

So, if a worshipper prays [salat] during any night of the Ten Nights, performing four cycles of ritual prayer-raka'at in the last third of the night , and including the following recitations:

This is a 4 a every rak' aat Nafil salah in every rakah read :
Surah fatiha, then
Ayat al Kursi 3 times.
Surah Ikhlas 3 times;

Surah Falaq 1 time
Surah Nas 1 time;
Once completed this ritual prayer-salat raises his hands, and dua below:-

Subhana Dhil-‘Izzati wal-Jabaruti Subhana Dhil-Qudrati wal-Malakuti Subhanal-Hayyil-ladhi La-yamutu La ilaha illa
Huwa yuhyi wa-yumitu wa-Huwa Hayyula yamut Subha-nallahi Rabbul-'ibaadi wal-bilaadi
wal-hamdulil-lahi kathiran tayyibum-mubarakan 'ala kulli halin .Allahu Akbaru kabiran Rabbana jalla--Jalalun wa
Qudratuhu bi-kulli-makan

meaning of Dua: Glory be to the Owner of the Might and the Dominion, Glory be to the Owner of the Power and the Kingdom! Glory be to the Ever-Living, who never dies! There is no god but He; the One who brings to life and causes death, while He is Ever-Living and never dies. Glory be to Allah, the Lord of men and all the lands Praise be to Allah—abundant, fine blessed praise, under every circumstance Allah is Supremely Great, immensely so Our Lord, Splendid is His Majesty, and His Power is in every place.

And if he then pleads for whatever he wishes, he will be entitled to the same reward as someone who performs the Pilgrimage to the Sacred House of Allah, visits the tomb of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), and strives in the cause of Allah. Whatever he asks of Allah, He will surely grant him his request.

If he performs that same ritual prayer-salat during every night of the Ten Nights, Allah (Exalted is He) will grant him lawful access to the Highest Paradise-al-Firdaws al-A'la, and He will erase every bad deed from his record.

"Now set about your work from a new beginning," he will be told.

If it happens to be the Day of "Arafa, and he devotes the daytime thereof to fasting and the night thereof to ritual prayer and he pronounces this invocation, and he offers many a humble entreaty in the presence of Allah (Exalted is He).

Allah will say: ‘O My angels, bear witness that I have granted him forgiveness, and that I have equated him with the Pilgrim to the House of Allah' The angels will be delighted to learn what Allah (Exalted is He) has bestowed upon that believing servant, as a reward for his ritual prayer and his invocation dua.
