What is the Dhikr and wazeefa of the Tariqah?

What is the Dhikr of the Tariqah?

The Personal daily Wird- which is read twice a day once after Fajr till Asr (time scale to be read in) and then the same Wird to be completed from Asr till Fajr (time scale to be read in). The new faqir-the one in need reads this for a certain amount of time this all depends on the Murids himma-yearning. (This is done alone by the faqir-the one in need)

The Personal daily Wird of the tariqah is unique in that it is progressive, it starts of very basic and over a period of time the Muqadam will increase its number and change the Wird.  Also spiritual appraisals will be given to find out were the faqir/faqirat(Feminine) are going or how they are handling the Wird or having any problems.

Daily group Wazeefa- Everyday the Fuqara-the ones in need(Plural of faqir) gather and read a Group Wazeefa which entails Surah Yasin, Surah Wa’qiah, other shorter Surahs, all is recited in the Moroccan warsh style which is soothing for the heart to listen and melts the ego to surrender.

Then more is add, much more. The Main salawat Nariyyah, Basic 15,000 la-e-laha illillah and then next level of Wird. Daily Dalail al Khayrat-(author Imam Jazuli's maqam youtube), chapter of Quran, Dua Nasiri, Dua Mufajirah

The Grand Latiffiyyah – ‘Ya Latif’ This gathering is only for Advance Murids, because its so intense and so powerful the room is lit up with Nur-light that new murids are not allowed to participate until they have been in the Tariqah certain amount of time and that they haven’t missed there Daily Wird. This is held once a week in the Zawiyah

A note about the ‘Ya Latif’ fromA Practical guide of asking Forgiveness of Wrong Actions –Sins Part 2 of section of Tawba – repentance” there are 35 ways to ask for forgiveness and below is the tenth of  the extra ten points to free one soul from hell fire.

In addition these practices, there are some reported to free someone from the hell-Fire: point 10. Saying "Ya Latif" Practices which expiate prior and later wrong actions as it says in the Book of the Healing of the Sickness and Pains by Shaykh Muhammad ibn Ja'far al-Kittani al-Hasani.

Every Saturday The Main Dhikr/Qasida/Hadra: Again open to all, we start with ‘Group Wazeefa’ Surah Yasin, Surah Wa’qiah, other shorter Surahs, Dua Nasiri, Dua Mufajirah, Qasidah Burdah all is recited in the Moroccan warsh style which is soothing for the heart to listen and melts the ego to surrender.

And then the Qasida singing starts and the Murids going into a Real Hal- this varies and can carry on from 30mins to 2 hours all depending on the night.!

There is much more but this is just a brief outline of the Tariqah practices.

How do I take baya' (covenant/oath of allegiance) Initiate into Tariqah

Joining the tariqah is called Baya'-Initiating were one pledges to obey the shaykh and follow the spiritual way which is nothing else, but following the classical teachings of Islam with sufi master as your guide.

You can take baya' with the muqqadim based in London or Birmingham and sisters can take baya' through the female Muqqadima again based in London or Birmingham.

What if I have already joined a Tariqah or my Shaykh has passed away.?

From personal experience my Qadiri Noshahi shaykh passed away 5 years ago and he never gave me instructions to follow his successor. The past last year I was getting spiritual depression to the point I even stopped doing old Dhikr at this stage in my left I was being tested by Allah with many personal problems later having many dreams of the awliyah-saints of Allah and the Noble Prophet peace be upon him I was being pulled by different saints.

I really didn’t want to leave my Tariqah but I wasn’t benefiting from it now, I was told that ‘ala hadhrat Imam Raza Khan says that if your Shaykh passes away, it is permissible to take a new living Shaykh.

I went to a few Qadiri-Budshishi gatherings having different 'Ijaza-permissions from the Qadiri Tariqah I did tawajjuh-(spiritual attention) of Sidi Hamza so by placing the picture of Sidi Hamza's face in my heart and doing the Dhikr, in fifteen years I have never had a Hal. Then all of a Sudden I’m in a Hal-spiritual Rapture/Spiritual Ecstasy. This happen again the following week and I keep tasting more.

I also recalled dreams I had walking through the streets of Morocco and another dream were I was on a mountain leading a Hadra. So that was enough to tell me for the last fifteen years the very thing I wanted was in this gathering of the al-Qadiri al-Budshishi and soon I’ll be in Morocco. So i took the baya'-oath of allegiance in Shahr Ramadhan Sept 2007 in Birmingham then later went to Fez a week later. Since then I been feeling more alive now ever before.

What if i have given Baya'-oath of allegiance to a Shaykh already.?

The Qutb, Arif billah Sayyid Shaykh Sidi Hamza al-Qadiri al-Budshishi is the Qutb of this time know that shaykhs of different tariqah are given our blessed Shaykh baya', as he is the Living shaykh Abdal-Qadir Jilani of this time and has the power to engulf shaykhs of other tariqahs too, for this is ability of the Qutb.

Sidi Hamza is too, the Mujaddid-reviver of sufism in this time and has turned sufism on its head by the 'Idhn-permission from Allah and blessed messenger (peace be upon him) because of the difficult times we live in, the rules of sufism have now changed and are much more easier to follow but many shaykhs are still following the old school rules of Jalal-Majestic/hardship.

So if shaykhs of great tariqahs are giving bayyah to sidi Hamza, so what about disillusioned murids that are getting nothing from their tariqah (because their shaykhs have passed away or they have non-active non progressive Wird/Dhikr which they have been doing for the passed 5 or 10 years) what should they be doing now? Wel,l one choice is to find out about joinning the merciful Tariqah Al-Qadiri- al Budshishi way of Jamal- Beauty-ease/Mercy.
